With the free software you can print directly from your application such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Photo Editor or any other program you work with to a printer connected to another computer next door or ten thousand miles away (anywhere!).
With PrinterShare® you can share your printer in less than a minute and let other people connected to the Internet (your friends, relative and colleagues) print paper documents on it. You don’t need to know or deal with specifics of network sharing, complex settings and figuring out Windows access rights.
The software automatically detects printers connected to your computer including local network printers. As long as you can print in it yourself, you can share the printer and let other people use it.
So all you do is download and install the software on the computer’s printer you want to share. There is now Spyware or Crapware either. Then you create an account with Print Share a user number and password will be mailed to you. Plug those numbers in the software and choose which of your printers you want to share. Finally, install PrinterShare® on the computer, iPhone or Android that you want to print documents from. If it’s you just plug your same user name and password in the software on the remote device if it’s a friend, co-worker or family member have them create an account. Then on the software installed on the remote device simply go to Printer>Find and type in the user number of the shared printer the shared printer will then appear in the box click OK.
