How to delete or uninstall textPlus

To uninstall textPlus from an Android device:

 

1. On the device press the Menu button to bring up the list of applications

2. Scroll to and select “Settings”

3. Select “Applications”

4. Select “Manage Applications”

5. Scroll to textPlus and select it

6. Press the uninstall button

 

To uninstall textPlus from an Apple device:

1. Press and hold the textPlus icon

2. Press the red ‘x’ button

 

To DELETE your textPlus account ENTIRELY:

In order to delete your account entirely, you will need to provide the following information:

• Your registered textPlus username
• Your verified phone number (if verified)
• The type of device you registered with (iPhone, iPod touch, Android phone, regular phone)
